We're here to help! Service from The Party Store starts long before your big day. Here are some common questions to renting tents and event equipment.
Rental FAQs
Once you have selected a date and have a good idea on what you will need, it's best to reserve your rentals as soon as possible. The Party Store takes reservations on a first come first served basis.
For weddings and larger events, we recommend booking three months to one year in advance.
To get your reservation secured, we will need the date of your event, guest occupancy, details on the time and place, and your 50% deposit received.
We have expert staff to help you in determining what your event needs, and can complete your reservation with a simple phone call.
The Party Store can accommodate changes to your reservation, please let us know as soon as you are aware that your rental needs are changing.
Decreases to rental needs are an easy adjustment, increases may not be possible depending on the timeframe of your request.
The Party Store has the added service of offering a Damage Waiver which helps protect customers in the event of certain accidental damages. Please review your contract and the Damage Waiver for full details.
Replacement fees and cleaning fees may apply if damage to items is excessive or outside the terms of the Damage Waiver.

In the event that your rental reservation needs to be cancelled, the deposit is non refundable, although The Party Store can apply your deposit if you reschedule a future reservation. This applies to the original client and cannot be transferred to a different customer.
The Party Store can accommodate changes to your reservation up to 14 days before your scheduled delivery/rental date.
Your final balance is due no later than 14 days before your rental/delivery date.
The Party Store will do our best to provide any assistance during your rental timeframe. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Our website has rates listed for a standard 2 day rental with the exception of inflatables/bounce houses which are shown in 24 hours. Other timeframes are available, please contact us for pricing.
Setup & Delivery FAQs
Yes, setup fees are included in the rental fee. Rates do not include delivery, please contact us for delivery pricing.
The Party Store can deliver as far as you need! Contact us to find out more.
In order to manage unpredictable factors such as traffic, job overruns and other unforeseen circumstances, The Party Store will provide a delivery window timeframe on your delivery day rather than a set specific time. Our team does their best to stay in contact on delivery day in order to keep you up to date on their arrival.
We are more than happy to take your request on specific times and do our best to accommodate. The Party Store will contact you before your event date to cover any additional details as well as the morning of your setup to go over our delivery windows for that day.
Certainly! The Party Store can accommodate customer pickup and drop offs and work with you on what pickup/dropoff time are available for the dates your rentals are scheduled to begin and end.
For sure! The Party Store can handle coordinating with your event location to make the setup and delivery process smooth for everyone involved.
We do allow smaller tents (20' x 30' or less) to be set up by customers.
